Use of the app

eBook-translater is a reading workspace for translating, annotating, and managing EPUB/PDF working copies imported by the user. Users must only import and process content they are legally allowed to use.

No content license

The app and website do not provide, sell, rent, license, or endorse any rights to books, EPUB files, PDF files, source documents, translated content, or exported copies created by users.

User responsibility

Users are solely responsible for copyright compliance, lawful use, content accuracy, and any decision made based on translated text.

Payments and distribution

The Mac version is distributed through the Mac App Store. Future Windows distribution may require separate payment and license verification. A completed payment does not grant rights to third-party books or documents.

Disclaimer

Translations may be inaccurate or incomplete. The app is provided as a productivity aid and should not be used as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, or other high-stakes decisions.
